Judge Medical Staffing is actively recruiting for full-time Nurse Practitioners to work with a Managed Care client in and around Salt Lake City, UTAH.
Job Responsibilities include:
-in home assessments for assigned patients
-complete medical histories and physicals
-patient education
-Additional duties as needed
Job Requirements:
-Must have an active Utah NP licensure in good standing
-Must have at least +2 years of clinical experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology a plus
-Home health/home visit experience preferred
